At McSorley's, we buy organic produce and Amish meats, poultry, and milk, we use only Absopure steam-distilled water in our soups, coffee and tea! Serving only the leanest of corned beef, bought fresh from the Eastern Market, burgers cooked off the Forman grill, specialty spuds and a wide variety of gourmet foods prepared by McSorley herself.
