And so it began… the words La Casa Del Rio Grande is Spanish for "The House on the Grand River". We are located right off highway 96!

Over 35 years ago my father purchased this land with a very small house on it. We lived here for a good number of years and then moved to Depot Street. My dad was very fond of the property and the surrounding area, so he kept the house and used it as rental property. Throughout my life this property was always referred to as "the house on Grand River" Fortunately for me, a few years ago he decided to sell this property and keep it in the family. I had been looking for a new location in a growing that was in need of great Mexican Cuisine. New Hudson fit the profile perfectly, and that is how La Casa Del Rio Grande came to be in New Hudson. And now you know the whole story.
